Spring loaded vinyl tilt latch, used on single or double hung, aluminum windows. Unique wrap-around design attaches to top rail and stile. Fits on tilt-out window by Better Bilt. Contains 1 left hand latch, 1 right hand latch, 1 set of installation screws.
